Pengisian kartu rencana studi ditentukan sebagai berikut: Pengisian KRS dilakukan pada awal trimester. KRS dibuat rangkap 3, ketiganya ditanda tangani dosen pembimbing akademik. Satu lembar untuk mahasiswa, satu lembar untuk pembimbing akademik dan satu lembar untuk bagian pengajaran Program MPSA.
