Setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan kuliah petugas sekretariat MPSA menyerahkan daftar hadir pada dosen pemberi mata kuliah guna ditandatangani oleh mahasiswa yang mengikuti matakuliah dan disahkan oleh dosen tersebut. Bila ujian semester akan dimulai, bagian pengajaran memeriksa daftar hadir mahasiswa untuk menentukan boleh tidaknya seorang mahasiswa mengikuti ujian dalam mata kuliah yang bersangkutan mengikuti paling tidak 75% dari kuliah yang diberikan.
