Tiga semester pertama diberikan kuliah, latihan-latihan, tugas-tugas dan studi mandiri (pra tesis), sedangkan 1 semester digunakan untuk penyelesaian tesis secara intensif. Pada kalender akademik tersebut terdapat waktu atau masa kuliah selama 14 sampai dengan 16 minggu. Setelah masa kuliah 7 minggu (7 kali pertemuan), dilaksanakan ujian mid term (ujian sisipan). Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kuliah paruh kedua selama 7 minggu (7 kali pertemuan) diteruskan dengan masa minggu tenang yang dijadwalkan selama seminggu, masa ujian dan kemudian terdapat libur trimester selama satu minggu.
